EDIT on 2021-08 : I probably thought this was healthy at the time… It was one of my first attempts to eat better. Now I believe this contains a bit too much protein and too much gluten (or equivalent for whatever cereal that crispy bread was). It’s also too acid with all those vinegar pickles. Finally: not enough greens !!
EDIT 2024-07 : It seems I used some kind of cottage cheese. Organic, grass fed butter would be better. Clean fat is good for you. It’s a mistake to take it out.
