Supplementation
Standard doses:
- for 10000 IU of D2, take 100 mcg of K2
- version to take MK7
- Recommends at least 400 mcg/day
- No deaths associated to very high doses (contrary to vitamin D or vitamin B3 (niacin))
- There are some Mega doses sold (45 000 mcgs par cap) designed for people with osteoporosis
