I’ve been doing bulletproof coffee basically for the whole time since I started, more than 10 years ago. The benefits have been pretty much the same as those I reported after my first 30 days. In 2024 though, I started to think that maybe, I should ween off of coffee… The caffeine issue My reasoning was that the coffee was interfering with the way my body actually wanted to function. What I initially regarded as a feature started to feel like a liability!
